The jackfruit is a kind of tropical Moraceae family everygreen tree, fruit mature in June to July. The fruit is huge, can reach to 40 kilograms, so it called the king of the fruit. The fruit knots in the tree trunk, numerous golden fruits hide inside the hard shell which are thick and soft, sweet and tasty with strong flavored. It is very famous in Hainan province.
